Mandy was great and easy to talk to but a little disappointed in this experience overall. The new bumper cover has scratches in it, I’m assuming due to them taking it off several times for the sensor and leaving it or dragging it on the ground. Also the exhaust/ exhaust tip said it was replaced and charged for it and it was not. The car was very dirty in return and almost a 1/4 of the gas was gone and I filled it up less than a mile of dropping it off. I’m going to follow up with Mandy on Monday. Again she was great and easy to talk with but overall I think my car was returned to me in very close to the same condition it was brought in. It was a minor crash that wasn’t our fault and we were just trying to get it back the way we had it before.

Unfortunately I have came to this business way more than I'd like. But, I trust them 1000% with my vehicle no matter what the cosmetic issue may be. They have now fixed two of my vehicles, one of them was fixed twice, because of two different incidents and now my newest vehicle. Out of the three occasions they fixed my vehicles, they've done an amazing job. It was as if the accidents had never happened. If I need body work done, hands down Caliber is my go to! From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

The collision team did an excellent job fixing my car, after a hit and run accident. I was out of the country for a week, after dropping it off and was off grid. The techs found a dangerous problem with my suspension, couldn't reach me, but fixed it for me anyway to make sure I was safe! What a blessing it has been to work with such a wonderful team of caring people! Having the best people...doing a great job on my car was a win!
