I was satisfied with the finished product, but the process to get there was frustrating. Dropped it off on a Monday and got a a call Thursday saying it was ready. It wasn’t. The main door that was replaced had multiple imperfections in the paint work, the new window had scratches on the factory tint and then the back door wasn’t prepped and painted correctly. I was ensured by one of the body shop guys that the back door scratches from the wreck would be fixed and the paint blended. I had to wait an additional week and a half for those to be corrected due to Stivers going back to State Farm for the supplemental work and also for a tint installer to redo my tint. I incurred additional cost on my rental due to the delays.

Overall repair was to my satisfaction. The process to get there could have been better if your staff would have repaired what they said they would in the beginning and then inspected the work for flaws. There were imperfections in the paint job and the window that was supposed to be replaced had scratches on the factory tint. Inspect what you expect.

They don't return phone calls my F250 are back at the shop for the second time on the same problem, which is something drawing the battery down. I've called 3 times in the last 2 days and have yet received a phone call back.
