Overall i am happy with the repair work done. I showed them some defects in the paint work that was done on the driver side bedside and they told me that it was there before but i absolutely know that one, it was not there. And two, it is either dirt or poor prep work on their part. It is an old truck and all and i get that but i know for sure that it wasn’t something that was there before.

Honestly 99% of people would probably be satisfied with the quality of work that they performed. I am pretty particular and I explained this to them when i dropped my truck off.

Paint and body work is just not what i expected. I usually go to wagner in monrovia and i am always satisfied with their work. I went to stoops because they could get me in quicker and the quality is just not up to my expectations. I used to work at stoops and thought that the quality of the work would be the same but it seems it just isnt.

I explained my dissatisfaction to the manager and he just seemed to be more concerned with the fact that he would have to have his guys re do the paint work instead of taking care of my concern.

They were good about keeping me informed about status of car. I also had everything checked out by a trusted 3rd party mechanically. The used parts were fair and a back plate was readjusted to reduce noise from hitting another part. Otherwise no other issues at this time. My questions and concerns on my invoice were answered satisfactory and clear. My vehicle looks good and runs fair.
