My husband and I received conflicting info from the office about when our car could be worked on. He was told they were ordering parts and would let us know when they arrived. I received a call two to three weeks later saying nothing has been ordered because no date for the work had been established. It was implied in this conversation that somehow I had failed to arrange this date. The car was worked on about a month later than the time frame we initially expected as a result.
