Communication is non existence after repair flaws has been discovered

I received my vehicle and noticed that the passenger side rear bumper and quarter panel is not flush and it has a small gap in between. I drove up to the shop and the guy I spoke to rest assured that he would call and set up a date and time to bring back into repair. Also while speaking to him he had the audacity to insinuate that I possibly hit something to cause the damages after he seen a spec in the rear bumper paint.

I am very happy with the work done on my Mazda CX5. Straight Line Collision was determined to make sure my car was repaired to perfection from the blind spot monitoring to the exterior paint. It's not often that you run into an owner of a repair shop that wants to make sure his client is satisfied. I am very satisfied with the service and I definitely recommend this shop for collision repairs.
