Straight Line Collision experience was great. The employees were fantastic. They kept me in formed of every step they were doing. My Honda went in to get the bumper fixed and it came out looking brand new. They also got it fixed 2 days ahead of schedule. I would recommend this company to everyone.

The updates were great, the timing of them was perfect. Not to much, just right. You finished the job on schedule and my car looks brand new. I can't even tell were the color was blended. Thank you for going the extra mile and sending me the pictures of the car (that i forgot to take myself) before the work started. It shows you take pride in your work, well done.

They went above and beyond what I expected My expectations were that they would do the work as promised and it would be completed on time. I did think that i would be able to tell where the repairs were done because i would know where to look. Well, i can't tell and I've looked, they did a great job blending. I had work done on the front, passenger side door, side mirrors and rear bumper. The finish looks like it came right off the lot. I also had forgotten to take photos of the repairs needed on the rear bumper, it was my responsibility. I called them and they took the photos for me. This saved me a trip back to the shop and it was greatly appreciated. And they cleaned my car! I won't go anywhere else.
