We are very happy with the repairs Straight Line Collision Did with our van. I am in a wheelchair and Rex did everything possible to accommodate us. They did the repairs quickly so we wouldn’t be without our van very long. Rex took the time to learn how to drive our van since it is all electronic. They really make sure you are pleased with the final results of the repair. They even gave my wife a ride home. We highly recommend Straight Line Collision.

Exceptionally AWESOME customer service as well as perfection in technical expertise. My Buick looked like new. You would never know the driver’s door had ever been damaged. Everything about my experience was awesome. Because GM no longer makes the Buick La Crosse, there was no new door available. Saul found a perfect recycle door. You would never know it wasn’t original to the car. The door looks and functions beautifully. Work was started and completed on time and Saul kept me informed throughout the process. Saul and Team were friendly, professional and have a great level of technical expertise. The car was also detailed and looked like new when I picked her up. Seeing this car while and beautiful again was especially important to my as it was my late husband’s car and he kept it in great shape. I emailed my State Farm Agent’s office and told them about my excellent experience with Saul and Team at Straightline. So glad I chose them.
