Been here a few times unfortunately due some fender benders . Very professional they keep you updated when the parts come in when your vehicle is in the shop when assembly is done and update you with pictures as they complete the repairs I would highly recommend them for you auto body needs .

The truck looks good; however there are underlying mechanical issues that we not noticed or diagnosed. This is my son’s truck, and I did a quick look at the hit only. When I picked it up, I noticed a huge gouge in the rear rim that was not seen or revealed to us. Blair said “I thought you had done this prior accident”. We left off that he’d amend the claim. Then while driving home, I could see that the rear tire was wobbling while driving. Thinking the rim was bent, I installed the spare. The spare is also won wobbling. Which now points to a bent axel / rear differential that was not diagnosed. Cosmetically car looks good. I am disappointed because I asked to make sure that there was no frame or structural damage from the beginning. We have exhausted the use of a rental at this point, and my son has to borrow family cars to get to work and that is not sustainable. He will be forced to rent a car on his own while this get sorted a 2nd time now

I have used STRAIGHT-LINE 5 times over the last 20 years . They are second to none . My car that I got last week looks better than the first day I got it from the showroom . HOW? because the work was perfect and they gave the car a full detail , my car is black and I never realized the importance of this , the paint looks amazing now , that’s a nice complimentary touch. They meet the deadlines of the car being returned fixed , in my case days early . And everyone is a professional at the facility . The young woman working the front desk was especially nice and helpful , I am a pain in the ass, with to many questions , she answered them all politely ( very knowledgeable) got me in a rent a car she had waiting and got me on my way . Do not hesitate to leave any automobile with STRIGHT-LINE they are the very best.
