Being in a small town you need to have a good reputation to stay open and that is what we are still trying to accomplish to this day.

I resent that even though I was the only person that made contact with you, that you only talked to me about this car, that I was the one who made the decision to choose you to fix my car, and that this car is in my name, you chose to use MY email address to ask me my opinion and you no idea that my name is Vicki. Beautiful job of fixing a scratch put there by a grocery cart or a junker parked near me and also a bubble in the paint by the front passenger door. They matched the paint beautifully, and you can't tell that anything was wrong.
