Being in a small town you need to have a good reputation to stay open and that is what we are still trying to accomplish to this day.

I’m not sure anymore. After seeing things I would expect at a lower quality body shop happen to me at my go-to shop, I’m on the fence. Hopefully I won’t have to make that decision anytime soon

2.5 hours spent on a small section of the hood that looked like nail polish was used not paint. Doesn’t add up. Quarter panel and front bumper didn’t line up on both sides. Drivers side was actually unhooked. Kindly took it back to fix it. However in doing so the Drivers side front wheel well butting up to the corner panel is now bent and wasn’t before. New rear bumper has a cut out hole for tow hitch. Hitch is below bumper. Now I just have an odd hole in my new bumper. I’ve never been dissatisfied until now. Usually the attention to detail and repairs are almost flawless

Always friendly and polite. They are a wonderful place to go. I enjoy my visits with them. which is why the 1st question was hard to rate and write. However, The explanation for the poor quality “paint” on the hood still wasn’t acceptable and other body shops I took it to for a 2nd opinion agreed.
