Strains did a great job on body repair of my vehicle when I hit a deer. They we are also very helping in working through some challenges that arose didn't the repairs and worked directly with my Insurance company in helping with my claim. I was pleasantly surprised that when I went to pick up my car it had been cleaned and looks like it was even detailed inside and out. It was like I had a brand new car! Thank you Strains!

The office staff are phenomenal. They were friendly, professional, helpful, and honest. They are the face of the business and put me at ease right away. While I did not get to meet the technicians who did the repairs, their work is beautiful as evidenced by how lovely my car looks today.

The gal at the front is amazing. We all need employees like her working in the customer service field. You are lucky to have her as she is polite, dedicated and goes above and beyond. I appreciate her coming in on her Saturday off so I could pick up my car. Happy Holidays and thanks for that great work.
