Headlight needed to be replaced that was done but the other headlight was totally smoked out I said to them why would not call me to see if want matching headlights they responded no one usually wants to pay out of pocket for anything so I was not satisfied with the way that looked. Then came the hood I asked if could touch up some spots on the hood that were rusting since he had to make the special paint, that was not done. They now are aware that I am unhappy with his service do they say we have your number I will order a new headlight and touch up the hood for you of course I know it's at my cost but that did matter to me I just wanted my car fixed correctly. Needless to say he never called.

Sometimes it's difficult to get through to Strathmore Auto because they're so busy but they do good work
