We were not happy with the overall experience at all. First of all, the initial paint color was not correct, so it had to be re-painted. It was painted a frost white, but should have been pearl white. I don’t know how a professional paint shop makes that mistake and doesn’t even notice it. Next, there were paint blemishes and overspray that had to be corrected. Car was in the shop for almost a month. Fortunately, we didn’t have to get a rental car, or I would have been even more upset. Communication was good at first, and then became non-existent. We do not plan to bring any of our vehicles back there in the future.

Out of the several times that my vehicles have had to go to a body shop, this was definitely the worst overall experience.

After making the necessary corrections, the car came out pretty good, minus a couple of issues that I decided to just live with, because I was tired of dealing with them and needed the vehicle back.

Shop never admitted they painted the car with the wrong color initially, and we had to have them fix multiple issues that should have been fixed prior to us coming to pick it up. Communication should have been better as far as updating us on the status of the vehicle.
