Tim was very nice and explained a lot about how they work with my insurance, always gave the attention needed to me instead of just rushing me out the door, The guys that worked on my car, Excellent job, and I love love that they clean the inside, which is sometimes hard for me to do, I will highly recommend them

The reason for this score is because after completing the job; the back lights of the vehicle were not connected and my mother was driving at night without any back tail lights and brake lights. When she took the car back in the next day, everyone at Strickland Body & Paint were acting as if my mother did not know what she was talking about when she told them there were no back lights on the car. Then they took the car in the back and came back with the back light system connected. What an awful experience.
