The auto body work is good but communication needs a good bit of improvement. I would recommend Suburban Autobody to a friend because the work they do is great but would give them a heads up that the communication may or may not be great.

I received a single call during the repair process and it was to tell me that my car was ready for pick up. This call was at 4:15 on a Friday and the shop is closes at 5 and is closed on the weekend, giving me only 45 to either figure out how to leave work and get to the shop or wait until Monday to pick it up. Outside of that one call, I had to call two or three times to figure out what was going on with my car. I was also told that I would get a call to go over what was found and what will be done prior to any work being done on my car but that never happened. Whom ever answered my calls when I called was very nice so attitude is definitely not a problem.

The gents did a great job on my car after a crash. However, I needed to go back bc the windshield wasn't properly connected, and now I need to go back again bc part of the driver side door handle fell off! This is the door that Suburban replaced. Nevertheless the guys are great to work with and the shop is well located.

I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Suburban Auto Body Hern. They were helpful in explaining the repair process and answering my questions thoroughly, friendly and positive. The day before reminder was an added bonus. Thank you for the excellent job replacing the broken light- and installing my visor perfectly. I will continue using their service and recommend them to friends and colleagues. I drove away with a clean washed car to my surprise! Thank you.
