Good work done. But the representative I forgot the name; phone number 7034377755 was so rude. My wife called to make inquiries, and they responded with a lot of attitudes saying that "Why are you asking me questions and I already talked to Shadrack?". This has to change otherwise your ratings will go down despite your good job.

I received an initial update once the car was inspected. Was told when parts were expected and told once parts were received I would get another update. I eneded up ha ingredients to call for an update on when the car repairs were estimated to be completed.

Team did a great job of executing the work required and communicating through the process. I had requested additional work on a separate work order to fix a mirror but they forgot to do the work upon arrival for pick up.

Very nice and response staff. Again, they forgot to some work on my car that was scheduled. They apologized in the correct manner and genuinely felt bad about the missed work. Unfortunately, I now have to take time out of my schedule to get the work done. Hopefully they will do something on the quoted price for my time and inconvenience.

They did an excellent job. I thought the car was a total loss but their team made it look like nothing happened. I was unhappy with one of the rims but without any hesitation they repainted the rim and the car looks great. Great customer service from Sergio and Gigi.

They handled a lot of the communication with my insurance, the drop off process was easy, and the body work looked good as new. Only critique was a lack of communication about a timeline, but they were able to answer clearly when I specifically called and asked
