I was very pleased to see that the subway staff was waiting for me upon my arrival, also the partnership with Enterprise is very good because they called me to follow up on my visit and to schedule the day and time for me to get the rental car. I received messages with the repair status and also in received a call to let.me know thst my car was ready. I liked very much everyone there and also I like the clean and sleek look of the premises. My car was not cleaned up properly after the repairs. My rear deck lid had visible debris, interior was dusty from the repair, the dash and console was wiped with a rag that left a haze all over, wax from buffing wasn't completely removed near the sunroof, the rear lexus emblem was covered with adhesive and fingerprints, emblem was partially attached and loose to the touch, tape residue was visible also. The after repair detail was extremely unprofessional.

I was very pleased with the superb customer service! Everyone was very professional. Even though my vehicle stayed longer than expected due to a smaller part coming in, the shop notified me immediately of the delay. I would recommend Subway Auto Body. My vehicle was MUCH cleaner when I picked it up!!
