I am disappointed that I was informed that it would take 6 work days to do the repairs. It was 11 work days and as a result, I incurred additional charges on my rental car approximately in the amount of $85 (insurance) because of the delays.

Every thing seems to be fine with the car. Subway was very easy to deal with. Paint job & repair work is very nice. One small issue- where my car was taped off on my black window trim, there is tape marks and white glue residue. I will remove that. Overall I would come back if need be, I hope I do not have to of course... I did not plan on getting rear ended.
