I was very pleased with the way my car looked, and very pleased with the friendliness of all employees I had contact with. Brian was so very kind and very friendly. I would go back again, the only issue I had was it took 5 weeks to get my car back. I know things happen unexpectedly.

I have know the Shaw family, owners of Sudden Impact since the 1990. I had coolant leak issues on my 93 Ford Ranger I spent hours trying to find to no prevail. I knew the of oil leaks and other needed engine repairs I did not want to tackle that I know needed to be taken care of. Jesse, Sudden Impact's mechanic owned a 94 Ford with a 3.0l engine, was very well versed on the Ford 3.0l engine problems. Jesse got the engine running better than it had ever ran and he pointed out other future problems if not taken care of soon. Those future problems are not being addressed. Thank you Jesse.
