First thing that was noticed was that the window clips were not put in correctly for the window guard on the driver side rear door Then, a few days later, when I was at the car wash, I noticed that the inside edge of the driver‘s door that had paint work done on the exterior as well as interior. The door had not been finished with clearcoat.

Just your average dealership that has auto body repair attached to it. It wasn’t until I kept on replying with negative responses that I finally got action on my dissatisfaction and I appreciate how it was handled very swiftly when somebody finally took ownership, but I shouldn’t have had to return in the first place. It should’ve been done correctly the first time.

I can’t give a 10 since my last visit was a return from a repair that should have been done correctly in the first place and I was inconvenienced by having to bring my vehicle back to finish the process that should’ve been completed several weeks before when Team had my vehicle for two weeks going on three for the initial bodywork
