Very pleasant atmosphere, friendly when I walked in. I smiled when he called me Charlie, because only my family and long time friends call me that. Right from the start they were very clear about the time frame of the repairs. During the process I received numerous updates on the progress. The repair was done rather quickly and I had the car back in less than a week. Not only that, it was cleaned and washed! I was concerned that the paint might be off color a little, but it looks perfect, like no repairs were ever made. Finally, I was able to handle the rental arrangements with the agent right there in the shop, and leave the rental there when I picked up my car. All in all, it was a great experience. I would recommend Sule's Collision to anyone who asks, and know that I will use them again if the need ever arises. Thank you Sule's!!
