I was extremely impressed with the level of service from the time I walked in. Michael and Pat were I formative about the repairs, keeping me updated thru the repair process and completion date. Kelly was awesome when I picked up my car and showing me the repairs. I would highly recommend Sullivan’s!!

From beginning to end the crew at Sullivans were absolutely professional and kind. I had a nightmare with my own insurance company but Sullivans was very patient and dealt with them while updating me. I’d recommend ANYONE to use this company in Kingwood. From the moment I walked into Sullivan's, Patrick made me feel welcome and completely at ease. He was kind, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the repair process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything. Throughout the repair process, Patrick kept me updated with regular phone calls, which gave me great peace of mind. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the repair work excellent, but my car had been cleaned so thoroughly that it looked like it had received a full detail. It looked amazing! I have to admit that at first, I wasn't sure what to expect because I wasn't familiar with Sullivan's. I was already frustrated and stressed from the car accident and the damage to my car. However, my experience exceeded every expectation. Patrick showed genuine care and concern not only for my vehicle but also for me. He made sure I was comfortable, informed, and completely satisfied every step of the way. I also want to mention how welcoming and friendly everyone at the shop was. Every team member was courteous, professional, and created an atmosphere where I truly felt valued as a customer. I sincerely appreciate the outstanding service, compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail that Patrick and the entire Sullivan's team provided. While I certainly hope I don't need any more repairs in the future, if I ever do, I will gladly return. I will also be recommending Sullivan's to everyone I know who is looking for top-quality repairs, exceptional customer service, and a team that genuinely cares about its customers. I picked up my car from Sullivan's, Kingwood, today and the repair work appears to be meticulous and very well done. I appreciate Sullivan's getting the job done thoroughly and in a timely manner. Andrew was courteous and helpful, as were the front office staff, throughout the process. For these reasons, I would recommend Sullivan's.
