I was satisfied up until the point of getting my car back. Once I got it back it would not start and I attempted 3x before it finally started. For the next 3 days I struggled to get it to start and even charged the battery at home all night long and it wouldn’t start. I finally had to go to advanced auto parts in Kingwood to have it looked at and they said My battery was completely dead. I know coincidences happen but this “coincidence” cost me $243 for a brand new battery after having it at Sullivans for 3 weeks.
