Everyone communicated well, and the work on the truck looks fantastic. Everything works great and they pointed some issues I need to address in the near future, without pressuring me to add that on to our repair.

Initial repair work on back quarter panel was not good quality work. It was done messily and looked as if the person who did the work just did not care to take the time to make it look nice. The paint job was nicely done though. It was made right, though, after I pointed it out. Also, the communication is not very good. No one called me to keep me updated. I just received text updates, which I was told were just automated anyway. Not very personal customer service. When I came to pick up my car after all repair work was done, no one even bothered to do a walk around with me to make sure I was satisfied or that everything was done properly. Another example of poor customer service. You do not feel as if your business is appreciated.
