Staff was abrupt, evasive and not willing to give out required information, management did not respond to any calls, work was performed without first informing me or providing an updated estimate to myself or insurance company, was asked to sign a 'waiver' for work not performed but claimed from insurance company without any initial consultation with me, payment only accepted as CASH or Bank Cheque.

i left the key in the rental car and instead of someone from the shop retrieving it I was asked to get it and bring it to the desk---my car was cleaned after repair but whomever did it n missed a spot---no one reviewed the repair with me when i picked up the car---i was given the key and not even told where my car was----all minor infractions but would have made a difference to me---repair was done very well and overall it was a very good experience despite minor infractions

Everyone was so so helpful and efficient here. I got regular status update while my car was getting repaired and they did an excellent job on it. I noticed an issue afterwards and they fixed it immediately! Excellent service.
