At no point was I called any given updates. If I didn’t call, I didn’t hear. The repair was delayed, after already having my car for 3 1/2 weeks, and I was not informed and had to last minute make several calls in an attempt to get my rental extended as no one did that on their end either. Had I been given any sort of notice regarding the delay it would not have been an issue, as I understand that a part was back ordered which is out of their hands.
