WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE I CALLED PRIOR TO ENSURE IT WAS READY AND THAT I COULD PICK IT UP. I NOTIFIED GARY THAT I WOULD BE THERE SHORTLY. GARY TOOK OFF TO LUNCH . I WAS ON MY LUNCH WHEN I CAME TO PICK MY CAR UP. I DON'T MIND THAT HE WENT TO LUNCH I MIND THAT HE DID NOT SAY HE WAS GOING TO LUNCH OR SUGGEST I COME IN AN HOUR OR SO TO PICK UP THE CAR. WHEN I DID COME TO PICK UP MY CAR HE SAID HE SAW ME PULLING INTO THE PARKING LOT AS HE WAS PULLING OUT. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT, HE COULDN'T TURN AROUND TO GET THE CUSTOMER TAKEN CARE OF??? OR CALLED THE OFFICE TO SAY HE HAD TO STEP OUT?? UNPROFESSIONAL.

Day after recieving the vehicle my tire pressure warning light came on. The wheel that was repaired had been over inflated to 51psi. Oem spec is 36.

I had a 2006 Dogde Ram repaired at Sun West in July 2013 on recommendation from USAA. Despite over 12,000 in damage you couldn't tell anything had been done! I told several people that story. Unfortunately, I got hit again. I knew tight where to go. Again, my 2014 Acura RDX is now flawless! Greats jobs! Thank you!
