We are environmentally friendly and have chosen to use PPG Envirobase paint, which is a waterborne system. We maintain OEM certifications for GM, Subaru, Honda, Acura, Mazda, Kia, Hyundai, Jeep, Fiat, Chrysler, Dodge, Nissan, Infiniti and Alfa Romeo. We aim to provide a completely personalized repair experience. Work on mechanical repairs and body repairs are great as far as I can tell! The fact that it took almost 2 months to accomplish this is unacceptable. I should have been told early on that it would take longer because parts were hard to find. Once I made my feelings known to management, things seem to move rapidly! I do appreciate that effort.

Juan was the guy I worked with. I am disappointed as communication was poor. I told him not to put the GMC emblem back on. Not only did they put it back on, but it was the old one and already falling off. I also told him I wanted the entire side of my truck painted. They fixed a dent and blended paint and clearcoat. I had chips that were not fixed. Juan, next time listen to your customer.
