They did a great job at repairing/painting the bumper on my Subaru 2025 Crosstrek. And they handled all claims with the insurance company. I'd definately go back if needed. Subaru certified.

Can feel the car shake when in idle, can hear the liquid flowing through the car after powering off, can hear the radiator continue to spin after the vehicle is off, outside of vehicle still need repairs

All the work has been completed successfully in a timely manner. The staff at the center are very helpful, friendly and very easy to work with. The only minor issue with Sunset is the limited forms of payment they accept for settling one's final bill.

I'd like to give a shout out to the employees of the autobody shop for bringing my new EV back to life considering the damage was done by a hip and run driver. I didn't think you guys could do it cause of the task that you had considering the damage but man it's just like brand new. Excellent customer service! Everyone was incredibly helpful when we found ourselves in a difficult situation and couldn’t pick up our vehicle! They graciously delivered our car to us, even though it was farther than they normally travel, and we truly appreciated them going the extra miles for us, literally! They also did an excellent job on the repair work. We are very grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service.. Highly recommend! The car was clean and no fingerprints. Were the paperwork was done. I was in excellent condition when I came back. I would like to mention that it was extremely stormy that day when they returned the car for us.
