Collision damage was repaired properly, but we had other issues. I asked to have additional mechanical work done and was not satisfied with it.

Front desk female was very nice and helpful. However, I was called and told my vehicle was ready for pick up. I dropped off my rental car and went to the shop, only to find out that the mechanical work I asked to have done was not completed. The "excuses" I got were not satisfactory.

Theresa and Tony were great. But the wrong part had be ordered which delayed the process. They did spead up the process by getting the correct part in and got the vehicle fixed with only 1 extra day needed. I appreciate the team work and recommend the professional treatment all around. .

Complete the job in less time then originaly stated but I still had to rent a car 4 days longer then I had originaly anticipated. Due to mix up on the order of the bumper. Other wise pleased with the great professional customer service. And the bumper looks great.
