In the beginning (first week plus) there was no communication from them and I wasn’t able to get much information concerning timeline, etc. Finally, I spoke with Ash and he was very helpful and trying to meet my deadline for getting the car back. He went as far as to borrow parts since the parts they needed we’re not going to be in on time. Teresa was also very helpful in getting my car to me by the deadline we had set.

Overall the work is fantastic but I incurred a problem during the payment and pick up process. State Farm sends payments directly to the customer making us pay to finalize the vehicle. I intended to pay for the expenses with a credit card but was made aware that there will be a 3% fee to do so and I didn't want to come out of pocket in this situation that was not my fault. They don't accept personal checks so I had to locate my debit card, in which I have never used, and go to a bank to establish a PIN number and then return back to pick up my vehicle. It seems like a lot of running around for a customer to have to deal with. It's also worth mentioning that when I was leaving the repair shop and driving across the parking lot, I quickly realized that someone had engaged the emergency brake, which was odd because it's an automatic transmission and wasn't parked on a hill. Then while driving home at 50+ miles an hour I noticed that my hood was shaking so I pulled over and found that someone had pulled the release on it. I'm glad that nothing came from either scenario.

Basically, very satisfied. 2 problems when I picked the car 1. The gas tank was less than 1 gallon. I had filled it up immediately before the crash. 2. The passenger widow does not work. All other windows work ok.

Great experience. The guys were great they let me know day by day how things were going. Kept me informed every day. Thank you very much. You guys could give lessons to the service department. I’m very not pleased with them at all. I’ve bought eight new caddy’s from tropical and was very disappointed the last time I had my car in to have tires put on my car. Thanks for caring about my opinion.

U guys were wonderful. I was pleasantly surprised of the excellent service. U kept me informed day by day how things were going etc. i just was so pleased. I was nervous to take my car to u because of the bad service i received from the service department a few months ago. But im so glad i did. I wouldnt change anything. Everybody including the front desk was just wonderful.
