Tom was fantastic! My car looks brand new. He was extremely thorough and helped me understand step by step what was being done to fix my car. Heather was also great at keeping me updated on my cars status. Very happy with the service!

The handling employee would ask me different questions about my vehicle and then would rebuttal my answer and say that this collision didn’t create that problem. It felt like he was trying to see if I was lying. He also told me that my car battery was dying… it was perfectly fine before I dropped it off and now my car struggles to start

My truck was hit and state farm insurance suggested Sunshine autobody and I couldn't be happier with their work and the ease of everything. Rental picked me up there and when truck was finished I just left the rental at the shop. Would definitely recommend this facility.

Based on the customer service from Heater, I would recommend Sunshine Automotive. She was great. Bob was nice as well. The only thing I would say is that I didn't appreciate is when I mentioned the damages to Bob, he stated due to how old my car was, that part of the damages to my driver seat probably was from wear and tear over the years. I didn't appreciate the assumption because the recliner portion of the seat worked just fine and the handle wasn't loose when I dropped it off

I am very satisfied with the repair. The staff was professional and helpful. They managed my rental car pick-up and drop-off. This was my third repair at Sunshine and each experience has been as smooth as possible. Hopefully, I will never need another collision repair, but if I do, I'll choose Sunshine again.
