We were told it would take 4 days. In the end it took two weeks. Also I called the day before it was expected to be ready the second time and I was told yes to come pick it up and it would be ready. If it for some reason it would not be ready I was told I would receive a call indicating that. I arranged to get out of work early and get a ride before the end of business hours to pick up the car. When I arrived I was told the car was not ready. The woman behind the counter was a bit ride about it and definitely not apologetic. I understand there were several health issues involved however we all have issues and this should have been handled better with much better customer service.

The service was completed in a timely manner. I received email updates almost everyday about how the repairs were going and when to expect the car to be finished. The staff were pleasant and courteous and helpful. The car was detailed and clean.

I was satisfied with the work performed by Sunshine Collision Center. I had front bumper damage and they had to repaint the entire bumper. The color matches and comes with a lifetime warranty. I would definitely use them again.

Wife is not happy with outcome of repair. We understand about the paint issue thru no fault of the shop. It was a risk I took. The fender was not perfect and the plastic wheel well trim was not aligned close enough. It is understandable that this was a difficult and I appreciate your efforts to the best of your ability. I will continue to do business with you and send referrals to your business. Very nice friendly people and trustworthy. This job cost me quite a bundle for a small repair with no painting or part removal which was a big expensive. Might need to come back to re-work this hopefully would get a better price. That re-work has yet to be decided by my wife and myself prior to turning the leased vehicle in to the dealership. Once we find out what the dealer has to say about this situation and I will be able to make the right decision whether to turn it in as is or bring it back to you to re-work it with some hopefully a discount applied for the re-work after having spent $527 on it.
