I took my car to the shop after an incident with a deer. Upon arriving, I was met by John Wellington who looked at the damage under the car and right away comically knew it was from a deer. We all laughed. He removed the rest of what was hanging and assured us that the vehicle was still drivable. Once I took the car in for the repair to be completed, I was surprised when I got a phone call the following day that my car was ready to be picked up. My interactions with John and the lady at the front office were always courteous! This is what was over the top for me! My front license plate was dented from the impact of the deer and I asked John if that could be a problem and he said he didn’t think so. Well after driving the car after picking it up, one week later, I noticed that the license plate is no longer dented!! John, he is awesome!!!! I would recommend this place and specifically, John!!

My only complaint is that when picking my car up, my keys were given to me and that was it. No one walked me to the car. I had to get someone because I had questions about the repair. That really surprised me.
