Seemed pricier than necessary and needed to correct the deductible downward (uninsured motorist coverage). But the Liberty insurance handled everything, and the Superior Body shop did fine work.

Your service was first rate, having a full-time assessor is a great move. Getting in and out of Superior Auto is tricky and can be stressful, so much traffic, so little space to approach and park.

Kept receiving poor quality parts which extended the time, when I picked up my car there was a weird noise coming from the engine had to return the the shop to find out they hadn't secured the radiator
