I came to Superior Auto as a repeat customer because of Tom Vicino Sr. who was a pleasure to deal with during a previous repair. Dealing with Tom Jr. and the lack of customer service was a nightmare on so many levels. I wish this auto body shop luck going forward, as there is absolutely no reason to recommend them in the future!

Interior of my car was dusty from the exterior auto body work. Exterior was apparently detailed but sap was left on hood of car.

This was my second experience with Superior Autobody. My first experience was excellent having dealt with Tom Vicino, Sr. who understands how important customer service is. This time I dealt with Tom Vicino, Jr. who unfortunately does not appreciate the importance of customer service! His lack of communication, failure to return calls and overall indifference to me as a customer made a difficult situation even more frustrating! I will not be recommending Superior Autobody to anyone!
