Thank you for the repair work done on my car — I truly appreciate the effort, and I’m glad to have it back and running. However, I’ve noticed that the vehicle has been painted a different color than the one specified by the manufacturer based on the VIN. When I raised this concern, I was told that plastic absorbs more paint, which resulted in the variation. Respectfully, that explanation doesn’t fully address the discrepancy, as the expectation was for the color to match the manufacturer’s original specification. I would appreciate a clear explanation and guidance on how this issue can be resolved. I’m confident we can work together to find an appropriate solution.

It was a pleasure working with Eric, Nicole and Rita as they all received me with their smiles like they knew me a long before! All my questions were answered in a most efficient and professional manner with a straightforward and comprehensive explanation. I got my car back earlier than expected and to my surprise it looked like a brand new car and very thoroughly cleaned as well. Repair job is well done. Associates were very helpful and friendly responding with all my questions about my car repairs. I like to mention that the keyhole cover is different than the original keyhole which is not consistent and not matching with the original keyhole cover. As of today i am still waiting to hear from them.
