I think outside of these two distractions that I noted in the survey I think Superior comes highly recommended as they were definitely well reviewed on the internet certified and everyone was pleasant on the phone, but again a little bit more proactive communication as to the status of the car rather than me feeling like I had to keep reaching out would have been appreciated. And again having picked up the car and it was Dusty and I was unable to truly see the extent of the repair and had to wash it and then the oversight on asking if the scratch I had on the driver's door that would have been my concern to be repaired while it was in the shop was overlooked. Again these are human nature things but still have to be honest and note that in your survey.

The car looks remarkable after everything that was done, the only thing I was a little bit disappointed in and I'm a very introverted person was that I had looked to have other scratches outside of the accident event touched up on the other side and they were not. Other than that and my offer to pay for that and assurances this car would be looked at I'm pleased with the service. And I hope there was no rush or pressure felt on their side because when picking up the car it was extremely dusty and somewhat of a challenge to ascertain the condition of the repair.

Skye and the team at Superior did a phenomenal job on my S2000 after being in an accident. The car looks like it rolled off the factory floor. Skye was super communicative and always kept me in the loop with my best interests in mind.
