I was given a professional assessment of the damage to my car. I received an email confirming that my car was in the Superior Collision building. However, after that, I did not receive an email update for 4 days until I phoned Superior Collision. An AI assistant cheerfully responded that I would receive an update promptly. When I picked up my car, I was told another dent was found, which was repaired, but I was not charged since it was not part of the original estimate. I found the General Manager, David Cardenas, to be very helpful and courteous. He thoroughly explained everything. My car came out looking brand new! I am now a raving fan of Superior Collision Custom, 3120 Lake Ave., Glenview, IL 60026. Happy to refer to family and friends!

From the estimate to the post repair pick up working with Superior was seamless. They do an incredible job communicating during the entire process. The only thing which I might say was not to my satisfaction, is that some of the presets for displays etc. changed. I suspect they had to do that complete the job, but I was never informed it might occur. Not big things, but clearly certain systems were shut down and then brought back up which probably caused the system back to default settings.
