Rental car was provided, but a really crappy car -- would have been nice to have options. Also, car was delivered dirty, I thought there would be a wash and vacuum, at least. Finally, car was ready end of the day Friday but no notice until it was too late to get it. Would have been great to have closer follow-up on status. (Ended up in ridiculous traffic on Saturday to come get it).
