They have done work for us in the past that was a 10/10 experience. This round we had multiple issues that their quality control missed that required many reworks and an additional week of downtime without our vehicle. The team and owner were extremely helpful and didn’t discount our inputs and analysis of the work. Body and paint work ended with good results, but overall rating is lower because of the multiple issues that we had to point out that should have been caught by their team.
