We have always used SuperStar any time we have needed repairs done. This last time we were very disappointed in our service. When we bought the car in there was one specifice place we pointed out that needed to be fixed. When we picked up the car ans left it still was NOT fixed. We bought it back and pointed it out and the person acted like he could care less. Then the part had to be ordered and was told you would call us when it was in, Needless to say we never got the call and we had to call you. Then we had to bring the car back over there on a Saturday morning so it could be fixed. Then we got a call saying we owed you more than our deductable of $250.00 I called the insurance office and they told me the adjuster would get in touch with you on the over payment and you would either put the over payment back on our credit card and or send us a check, Needless to say as of today (10/23) we have not heard one word from you.
