Very communicative and clear with work required to make the repairs and expected timelines in which work would be completed. Gave prompt updates throughout the entire process. Even vacuumed and cleaned the inside of my car!

I’ve used other body shops that I had to wait quite a while even to get the car in. And once the car was in, it took longer than they expected. But I suppose every situation is different depending on how much damage.
