I received a call that my car was ready and they were closing at 2pm. Dropped what I was doing and got to the shop a half hour or so after the call. My car was not ready and when they finally brought my car up it was a filthy mess. I could not see what the work looked like. They took the car back and I had to wait again. The whole visit took two hours when it should have been here is your car. During my wait it seemed like everyone was more worried about food from an out door grill than getting me on the road. l have had to work on clean up. One of the staff used some kind of marker on my windshield and I am still trying to get it completely off.
