I am mostly satisfied with the work done… I was told on Friday that it was completed. When I went in to pick up the car Sat morning, it could not be found. When I eventually received it, it had not been washed- although the wheels were shiny. That was somewhat disappointing!

Had it for almost 3 weeks got it out with a dent in the side and a broken windshield didn’t use safe lite so I had to pay. Also paid for the dent. Got 8 hrs away turned on the lights and they are facing about 10 feet in front. Had to drive with fog lights and high beams and still were not projecting in front very far. I am now in Massachusetts. Also body dust is all inside the car. Cost me $1900 more than the repair. Still going to have to go get headlights fixed. More expense.

Brought car in for repair. One of the parts (sideview mirror) was not in. No date for arrival. We couldn’t keep waiting so you repaired everything else. Rest of car (except for mirror) was said to be finished. When we went in to pick up the car we were surprised to see the entire back bumper was forgotten and untouched. I had to point it out. A manager came out to inspect the car. He acknowledged the bumper was missed completely. Instead of apologizing he told me that the job would require more time and he would need to charge me more. That led to argument (unfortunately). Eventually the mgr agreed to fix at original estimate. So we brought the car back a second time to repair the sideview mirror and bumper. When we picked up our car for the second time there was another error with the sideview mirror. It was not painted to match the other sideview mirror. Needless to say this was very frustrating as this was the second time we went to pick up the car and the work wasn’t satisfactory.

Work was performed with high professionalism. Both the office staff and mechanics very pleasant to deal with. Brian, a manager, was always available to answer my questions. He lied me through the process and assured me that all would be taken care of. And it was. Thank you.

Actual repair was just fine - front desk messed up payment big time - was charged the full price even tho invoice showed that insurance had already paid their share - I questioned - was told NO - pay - and then was charged extra $29 for use of credit card - should have only had to pay $500 so this fee should have been 1/2 of the $29.
