I was very pleased with the work done on my car on both occasions. This time, however, the driver-side door lets in all the outside noise and wind—as if the window weren't fully closed or the door weren't properly sealed. I would appreciate it if this could be checked. Thank you.

Appreciated the front office staff , very cordial and helped with my car rental. Carmen explained how the repairs were going to be done. When I came to pick up my vehicle Carmen and I reviewed a couple of issues I had with the work done. Carmen asked me to leave my car a couple of days so he could have the things taken care of. I can’t honestly take this survey yet. I know you keep sending it because you’d like to know how your clients like the results of their accident but in this case, I still cannot wash my car suggested by you guys which I completely understand being as though I was in the automobile industry for 43 years long story short I have always supported your business company, staff and owner, who are absolutely fantastic at what you do, but to honestly answer the question I can’t tell you because I haven’t been able to wash my car according to you so I am being a good student and listening
