The minor repairs on the front of my BMW grill look great “, looks like new… my only comment would be; there seemed to be a lot of white dust (seemed like paint dust or “bondo” dust) in my car (on the seats and inside the doors) and on the convertible roof … I had to wash the car even after you guys detailed it… it’s not a big deal, but something you should be aware of The actual work on tbe paint scratches and grill were well done

Would caution my car buff friends to spend more time examining the vehicle before turning in the rental. 90% of the population would be completely satisfied.

Everything looks great as far as body work and paint. Once my insurance company got the act together everything went on schedule. Noticed the wheel that was charged to insurance company at $190 for reconditioning apparently was only buffed out. For 190.00 they could have taken a few more minutes and sanded and buffed out the curb rash. When I picked up the vehicle and mentioned the wheel they said curb rash is not covered by insurance. They spent a few minutes more wiping the coating of blotchy coating off oil off and buffed a bit more with rubbing compound.

Body work and paint appear excellent. Disappointed with wheel reconditioning. I have seen better reconditioning for half the price. The wheel was covered with blotchy grayish oil when I came to pick it up. There was some rim edge curb rash that could have been sanded but they said they didn’t fix that because it may not have been accident related. There were also several small chips on the wheel paint obviously from the accident that I did not notice until I got home. I had heard many good things about Supreme Collision but surprised they made excuses for not finishing the wheel properly.
