Communication was subpar, the repairs were however very good so communication is the only standing issue I had with the swiccard collision center. The lack of communication was frustrating due to the length of time it took to get my car out of the shop and not being communicated with about said delays with my vehicle.

Only giving it as high as a four because they did knock off some of the deductible charge for the inconveniences that I put up with. Other then that the customer service was almost non existent.
