They did a excellent job, went above and be on to find the running boards for the truck. They did a great job on detailing inside and out.They found someone to do the custom pin striping repair. Which I know from experience is not a easy task.I have no problem recommending the body repair facilities..

Although Lori worked with me to reschedule my service multiple times. I was disappointed with lack of communication- I was not told when my car would be ready or even estimated time/date- I was told after the fact, that it was completed earlier than expected but had I not called, my car could have been sitting for a while, done, and I wouldn't know. I asked to look at a sensor that had been acting up since my accident and it was not. I felt ignored, like i dont know what i am talking about or have any reason to voice my concern. No one told me what repairs were going to be done and when finished, what was actually done/repaired. I was not really able to understand what was on the bill so that didn't help. I just didn't feel like a valued customer & I am likely not going to return if I need repairs & I will not recommend to friends or family.
