The entire staff at Bud's with whom we interacted were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, efficient - just plain wonderful!!! They took care of all of our needs from making an estimate appointment to scheduling our repair. Both Linda and Donna made us feel welcome and took the time to personalize our visit. Doug was very thorough in his discussion with us on what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised when they called to tell us that they could work us in 2 weeks early! WOW! How often does that happen in this day and age? The body work team did a fantastic job - my car looks brand new!! And after we settled our bill imagine how thrilled I was to find that not only was the car washed, but the interior was super clean, too. That was an unexpected surprise. I called from the parking lot to say how kind it was to find the interior "detailed." It was truly a blessing to work with the team at Bud's. We know why they have remained in business in Syracuse, IN for 65 years...by keeping up the excellent work. Bless you all!
